I brought this teddy for my wife, I accidentally purchased two, to which I got an email to confirm if this was infact my order to which I said it was an accident, I was immediately refunded for the second bear. Paid for express delivery, ordered around midday, the personalized bear arrived the next day! very happy with the service, professional, fast and a great quality product (which was wrapped nicely too) would recommend to anyone willing to purchase from bears4u.
