COLOUR: White FINISH: Matt USES: Tawi Economy Undercoat can be applied directly to cement rendering, brick, plaster, soft boards, stone, etc. BENEFITS: Forms a flexible and durable coating, The product allows for “breathing” on new walls, Easy to apply, Affordable APPLICATION DATA METHOD: Roller or brush THEORETICAL COVERAGE: 10 – 12 m2 / liter depending on surface texture, substrate porosity and method of application DILUTION: Ready for use, no dilution required SURFACE PREPARATION New or unpainted interior and exterior masonry surfaces: Remove all imperfections and sand down for an even surface, Remove dust, contaminants with a damp cloth and allow the surface to dry Previously painted interior and exterior masonry surfaces: Remove any loose, peeling or flaking paint using scrapper or water jet wash whichever is suitable, Repair any imperfections. Fill cracks with suitable water-resistant putty or filler and sand down to an even surface, Remove dust, contaminants with a damp cloth, Remove oil or grease by solvent cleaning or mild detergent, Allow the surface to dry, If fungus, moss or mould is visible, use Anti-Fungus Solution to treat the affected surface.
