I left purchasing a gift until the last minute, and so I was pleasantly surprised that this purchase was personalised and delivered within 48 hours (Ordered on a Sunday). The bear itself is of really good quality and it came beautifully wrapped as well. I was a bit nervous ordering because you can never guarantee what you’re going to get, but it looks like all my family and friends are going to be getting personalised bears in the future because of what a great experience this was!
