Microcement is a ready-to-use mineral mortar composed of cements, polymers, aggregates, micronized minerals, resins, dyes and special additives. Highly resistant to abrasion with an elegant, aesthetic finish. Easy to apply. Ideal for interior and exterior use, on vertical walls, floors and ceilings. It can be applied on many surfaces such as cement and plaster, wood, marble, granite, plastic paint. Application: For better results, apply on a hard surface with rigid support without movement or expansion. If the surface is in a poor condition sand and clean well. Allow it to dry completely before Microcement application. Apply on a clean and dry surface, free of dust, grease, loose particles, mold, etc. Apply one coat of Jafep Matte Primer and allow it to dry completely, ensuring that the joints are covered well. Shake well before use. The product is ready to apply. Do not exceed dilution more than 5%. Apply 2 to 3 coats of Microcement with a stainless steel trowel until you reach the desired finish. Use the trowel in short and semicircular movements to achieve a marble effect. In case of wrong planimetry correct by sanding with 100 to 150 grit and clean the dust well before proceeding to the next layer. Once dry, sand lightly with 100 to 150 grit and remove the dust. Apply one coat of Sealer Sellacryl Jafep diluted in four parts of water (1:4). Allow it to dry completely. To achieve total waterproofing and protection, apply two coats of Jafep Bi-component Polyurethane Varnish. Drying time: 2-3 hours Recoating time: 4-6 hours Coverage: 1-2 m2/L
