The Mitutoyo 573 series ABSOLUTE Digimatic digital caliper has specialized jaws for hard-to-reach inside measurements and uses Mitutoyo’s ABSOLUTE linear encoder technology. Jaws may be one of three types: knife-edge, inside groove, or point. This caliper has accessible function control buttons, such as Origin-set, Zero-setting, and Power On/Off, and uses both inch and metric measuring systems. Although identical to dial and vernier calipers in its ability to make precise measurements, this digital caliper’s LCD increases readability.
