Adjustable sliding working tray The FPP248 series rack mount fiber patch panel comes with an adjustable working tray that can be adjusted from 10 degrees or lowered to 45 degrees to facilitate optical splicing or termination works even when the patch panel is already installed in the server rack cabinet. Removable top cover The FPP248 series rack mount fiber patch panel comes with a removable top cover which facilitates easier access to the fiber optic cabling connections. Type of adapters and number of ports supported FC, LC, SC and ST are some of the common fiber optic adapters that can be loaded on the FPP248 series rack mount fiber patch panel. The fully loaded FPP248 series fiber patch panel can support up to 96 ports (applicable for LC duplex adapter type). *Improved design with six cable entries The improved version of the FPP248 series rack mount fiber patch panel is capable of supporting up to six fiber optic cables with an additional two cable entries at the rear of the patch panel. *Note: We are gradually introducing patch panels with 6 cable entries. During the transition period, customers may still receive panels with 4 cable entries.
