Description Designed by Maurice Calka (1921-1999) and produced by Leleu Deshay in only a very limited quantity, this Boomerang shaped desk represents a new technical application of fiberglass in French furniture production started in the late 1960s. The desk consists of a cantilevered fiberglass base with a boomerang-shaped profile, and has been finished in white lacquer. The curved design gives the impression of a unified, monolithic appearance. Origination: France, marked by producer. Condition: Very good. Minor discoloration on the desk, some light scratches on the surface. The metal drawer slides show some aging which we have left untreated.
