Please note that we do not offer refunds for online orders under normal circumstances.
However, if a delivered product is damaged / defective / not as described, you are eligible for a refund.
We allow a 7-day period (from date of delivery of product) to file a refund request.
PROCEDURE TO FILE A REFUND REQUEST:
To request a refund for your online order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
1. Explain in detail the problem with the product
2. Attach photos of the product showing the problem
3. The subject of the Email should be the COMPLAINT_Order ID
4. We will review your request and respond to you (within 7 days) confirming whether your request is approved or not.
5. If approved, we will ask you to send the defective product back to us. Once we receive it, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
6. If not approved, the product will remain with you and no refund shall be issued.
REQUIREMENTS FOR REFUND:
1. Once a refund request is approved, customer will send the product back to our address (given on contact us page) at his/her own cost.
2. The product must be unused, whole and in proper condition with all packaging and parts fully intact.
