Description Product Description Dulux Total Cover is a high quality matt finish white with excellent coverage and easy application, ideal for new plaster. It is a high opacity emulsion based on unique AkzoNobel technology. Where condensation is a problem e.g. some kitchens and bathrooms, use Dulux Diamond Eggshell. Suitable for all normal interior wall and ceiling surfaces. As with other water-based paints, do not apply at temperatures below 7ºC (as recommended by British Standard BS 6150). System information STIR THOROUGHLY BEFORE USE. Seal new or bare surfaces with a thinned first coat of Dulux Total Cover Matt (up to 1 part clean water to 5 parts paint). The normal finishing process is 2 full coats of Dulux Total Cover Matt, but on previously painted surfaces in good condition where similar colours are used, 1 coat may be sufficient.
