Description Designed by Vico Magistretti for Artemide, the Mezza Chimera is the table version of the larger Chimera floor lamp and was produced in Italy during the 1970s. Each lamp features a curved white acrylic diffuser, formed from a single thermo-shaped sheet, mounted on a black lacquered metal base. The design creates a soft, ambient glow and showcases Magistretti’s signature minimalist and functional aesthetic. This set consists of two original vintage examples. Both lamps are in excellent condition, with minor signs of use consistent with age. The acrylic shades remain intact with no cracks or structural damage or discolorations.
